1)       Guess which sports / games the sentence is describing:
1 – This game is very popular in England and Australia. The players wear white clothes.
2 – This sport is one of the most dangerous team games. The ball is oval – shaped.  
3 – You play this with small bats and a large table with a net in the middle.
4 – To win you must hit the ball into a hole in the ground. You mustn’t hit it too many times.  
5 – This is a popular sport in America. The players hit the ball and run round the field.
6 – Two or four players hit a small ball against a wall in this very fast – moving game.
7 – This is the most popular sport in the world. You need eleven players to make a team.
8 – This is a ball game you play inside. You play in a team and you can use your hands to score a goal.
